Youth Sport Conditioning Camp

Join us on Fridays

from July 8th through August 26th 2016!


Let CustomFit Training help provide your children with a fun and productive summer and help them get  into peak shaped for their fall sports seasons!


Conditioning camps focus on body weight and  circuit training, as well as plyometric and agility drills to raise the athlete's level of conditioning and improvement of:

Speed, Agility, Quickness, Power, Strength, Endurance,

Explosiveness, Flexibility and Core Strength


They help improve performance for:

Soccer, Football, Baseball, Volleyball, Tennis, Basketball,

Field Hockey, Lacrosse, Softball and more


Sessions will take place once a week at CustomFit Training - 2028 Swamp Pike, Gilbertsville.  (The rear of the building located next to Freed's Supermarket).  Each session will run for approximately 50 minutes.









 

Cost - $90 for 8 week program - includes T-shirt

Drop-in option - $15 per week

Boys and Girls Ages 8 - 10         9:00 am Fridays

Boys and Girls Ages 11 - 13       10:00 am Fridays

Boys and Girls Ages 14 - 18       11:00 am Fridays
