The class combines- Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics and Endurance as the workout portion along with Diet suggestions to help you attain and maintain your physique in ways that are fun, safe, doable and extremely effective. All movements in this class can be modified for all fitness levels.
Turbo Kick- The evolution of kick boxing is here! Jammin music, ab sculpting moves, and high intensity cardio kickboxing. Take this class to punch, kick and jab your way to a leaner body and a tighter core! Turbo Kick® mixes kickboxing with FUN and simple dance moves to music that makes you want to move.
AMPD Power Flow- AMPD Power Flow is the newest fitness format that will give you a workout experience like never before. This program, created by Kettlebell AMPD, fuses together kettlebells, resistance bands, and yoga inspired movements. AMPD Power Flow delivers a calorie burning low impact workout that will help you gain strength, balance, and flexibility all while moving to fun, flowy music.
Flex- A 30-minute class targeting Upper Body, Lower Body and Core muscles. Dedicating equal amounts of time to each area, this Full body workout uses free weights, bands, kettle bells and your own body weight to challenge and tone your muscles.
Engage- A 30 minute class focusing solely on engaging your CORE and becoming stronger and healthier.
Body Box – A kick boxing style cardio class working upper and lower body through use of punching bags, cardio and body weight exercises. Please bring your own boxing gloves or wraps to class.
